The window in my classic single room WAS rather small and did not open fully. this. also, i found the breakfast service quite slow. It took an UNACCEPTABLE amount of time to receive my order on both mornings. the staff seemed overwhelmed despite the dining room NOT being at full capacity.

quick check-in comfortable bed charming decor
The reception staff checked me in quickly. my classic king room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. the bed was comfortable. the location was excellent. I walked to the british museum easily. i found the english decor very charming.
