I found that the room size was smaller than I expected. The bathroom design presented some space challenges. I thought there could be improvements.

The staff greeted me by name each day. I appreciated this personal touch. My room featured a comfortable bed and high-quality linens (I slept soundly!). The shower had excellent water pressure and temperature control. I found the location very convenient to many attractions.

A Solid Stay with a Few Hiccups

The breakfast selection was diverse and fresh (I especially liked the pastries). The service was efficient, and the staff remembered my name after the first day. The location was very convenient for exploring the city. The bar was well-stocked, and I enjoyed the variety of cocktails available.
The room size was smaller than expected, especially considering the price point. The noise from the street was noticeable, even on a higher floor. I found it a bit disruptive during the night. I also had some trouble with the shower temperature. It fluctuated unexpectedly.

my "twin room" had two separate beds and individual reading lights the bathroom included molton brown toiletries i found this quite luxurious i also used the hotel gym it featured treadmills and weights machines the equipment was modern and well kept. the breakfast buffet offered a wide range of options including pastries and fresh fruit the coffee was strong and well-made i thought the service here was very efficient
the room faced a side street it meant there was some early morning noise from deliveries

I stayed in a beautiful double room and it was great!!! the daily cleaning service was thorough. it was so nice to return to a completely neat and organized room. the location is super convenient. Buses and trains are just a 5-minute walk away!!!
The receptionists were a little cold. I didn't feel super welcomed at first.
