superb location smooth check-in tube access
The location was superb. It was easy to reach the tube. i also found it very close to buckingham palace. the check-in process was smooth and attentive, i liked this a lot.
the water pressure in the shower was a bit weak, and this was a slight inconvenience.

the location was excellent it was perfect for exploring the city
i arrived before check-in time my room was not ready i was told to wait a call never came i found out later my room was ready already that was a bad start the room was also quite dim
