superb stay!
helpful staff breakfast buffet
The front desk staff was helpful. the location was very convenient, placing me near bus stop 5. the breakfast buffet was varied and satisfying.
The shower design allowed water to easily spill onto the bathroom floor. It required constant mopping with the provided squeegee.

the hotel is close to the city center and opposite the sea front, great for boat tours. many bars and restaurants are within a short, 5-10 minute walk. bus stop 5 is only a minute away.

my beautiful double room featured a comfortable bed and a kettle for making tea. i found the bathroom had both a bath and underfloor heating, a nice touch. the room was super clean upon arrival.

the staff offered secure free luggage storage, very useful before my flight. the staff members were always courteous and willing to help with directions. i was pleased with the level of attention.

thin walls extra fee
The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of choices including fruit and healthy options. The coffee was also very good.
The tv in my room didn't work. I requested it be fixed, but it was ignored. furthermore, the walls were thin. I could hear noises from above and either side of my room. the spa looked nice but required an extra fee to use.

fantastic city stay
great location mountain view helpful staff
the hotel location is great. i had a room view of the bay plus the snow-capped mountains. shopping, restaurants and many tourist attractions were within easy walking distance. the staff was helpful and friendly.
The room was tiny, with a desk and two chairs. this left little space around the bed. there was no wardrobe. Instead, there was just a bar with four hangers and two small shelves.

the breakfast buffet had a wide range of options, including fruit, porridge, skir, pastries, and cooked eggs. bacon, sausages, beans, and hash browns were also available, and all items were hot.

A decent stay
breakfast buffet central location close bus stop cold room thin wall early cleaner
The breakfast was AMAZING!!! It had a fabulous buffet. The location is central. I appreciated being so close to the bus stops.
The room was not warm. Cleaners started early. The walls are thin. I heard EVERYTHING!!!

good location bus stop helpful staff thin wall early noise street noise
i liked this hotel! the location is really good. bus stop 5 harpa is just across the street. free shuttle goes to and from the cruise port. staff are kind and helpful. i can't recommend enough!
some things i didnt like. the walls felt thin. the cleaners start early and you hear everything so early starts for me whether i wanted them or not. there is no air conditioning. i had to open the window and i could hear street and traffic noise.

Staff was helpful. Breakfast had lots of options.
The room I got had men working right outside the window. I asked to move but the new room had the same issue, meaning I had my blinds closed the whole time. It really defeat the purpose of paying extra for a sea view.
