excellent stay!
free parking helpful staff city map clean room
I stayed at this hotel, and i found free parking useful. It was available for all guests. the front desk staff was very helpful and nice. i also appreciated that the hotel provided a city map and recommendations. i especially liked the comfortable and clean room i had .
My room was on the smaller side. I was hoping for a bit more space.

the breakfast included various options like cereals, yogurts, and fruits. i was happy with the choice of pastries, meats, and cheeses. eggs and porridge seemed the only hot food available.

The staff got a taxi to the port, a very useful service. the hotel personnel was super friendly . They were very helpful with directions. i did appreciate it!!!

The room had blackout blinds and curtains, very helpful for a good night's sleep. the bed was comfortable, and the duvet was good. the room was very clean and the heating was controllable as needed. This was a plus.

adequate stay, could be BETTER
small room basic amenities
the staff was friendly and helpful which i DID appreciate. the location was also convenient.
the room size was smaller than expected and it felt quite cramped. there was very little decor, just a tv and a simple graphic. the bathroom had only one wall-mounted bottle for everything, soap, shampoo, AND conditioner. it FELT rather basic, honestly.

helpful staff tasty breakfast ample room small room tricky shower poor lighting
the staff was helpful. they answered all my questions. the breakfast was tasty and varied. i especially liked the skyr (it's yogurt, i think). my room was ample for my needs. it had enough space for me and my luggage.
my room was a bit small. there wasn't much space for moving around. the shower was tricky. the water temperature was hard to regulate (i burned myself a bit!). the lighting in the bathroom was poor. it was hard to see when shaving.
