the location is spot on for exploring the city center i was so close to everything the breakfast was fantastic with a wide selection i really appreciated the kitchen facilities in my room it had everything i needed
the noise from the street at night was pretty noticeable even though i was on a higher floor the water pressure in the shower was quite low making it a bit difficult to wash my hair the room decor felt a little dated and could use an update

The staff seemed competent , attending to basic requests without issue.
The housekeeping service was noticeably deficient. They made the bed, yet did not replenish coffee supplies, which I find unacceptable in a hotel of this supposed caliber.
