Sauna was very good. The atmosphere at spa was very relaxing. The hotel has nice staff. Food was nice at Héðinn restaurant. Service there was also very good. Bed was comfy. It was simple but very nice. Hygge is a nice coffee place. Food was great.
Bedroom were small, with limited space. Clothes storage was also limited.

Room are nice. Bed are good. I appreciate the simple room. The room was well-kept, with cleaning services provided daily and i found that sheets were changed regularly.

Sauna are very good and relaxing. Spa area has roomy dressing rooms. Relaxing area includes two hot tubs. I really liked using all of the facilities, i made good use of these.

The location was good enough I suppose.
The room I got was not great. The bathroom had a bad smell like pee and the facilities looked old and dirty it needs maintenance. The restaurant service was also slow even though the food tasted good.

i loved that they give me a welcome treat of homemade brownies. they are so delicious! the cafe near the lobby makes grabbing some treats before tours easy.
i has to lug my suitcase down three flights of stairs for my early flight, what a start.

easy accesscomfortable beds
the hotel offers a bus stop nearby (two minutes walk). this made accessing tours easy. my room had a spacious bathroom and very comfortable beds.
the breakfast room was quite busy between 9-10 am.
