central location smoked salmon local toiletries
The hotel location is very central. i walked to the main shopping areas with ease. breakfast included varied options, like fresh pastries and smoked salmon. the room had complimentary toiletries from a local brand. The scent was invigorating!!!
the elevator was occasionally slow during peak hours.

Fantastic Stay in a Central Location!
convenient location welcome drink delicious brownies easy access
I found the location convenient. Many shops and dining places are within a short walk. The hotel provided a welcome drink at the bar, a nice touch. I especially loved the brownies and cakes delivered to my room as a complimentary treat! Airport shuttle access was so easy with bus stop 13 located right outside.
The instant coffee in the room was a slight disappointment, I prefer a real coffee maker.

The spa features hot tubs. A food hall is just next door, which adds to the convenience. I found a grocery store conveniently located right behind the hotel.

The front desk was helpful in arranging transportation to the airport. Every guest received a free drink at the bar, which I thought was a great perk. Staff members were friendly and provided efficient assistance throughout my stay.

The rooms were very clean. The shower was AMAZING!!! My bed was really comfy. I enjoyed a great night's sleep because the hotel was quiet overnight.

fresh fruit varied options convenient location
the breakfast buffet had varied options including pastries and fresh fruit, nice. i had a standard double room and it included a mini-fridge, that worked well. the hotel's location near bus stop 13 aided my sightseeing tours a lot!!!
The gym had limited equipment. It needed more variety.

friendly staff spacious room broad variety loud hotel corridor noise banging doors
The staff were friendly. My room was spacious. Breakfast had broad variety, that was good.
I wish someone told me how loud the hotel was before I booked it. I checked reviews and it didn't mention noise much. This is the noisiest hotel I have ever been to. I can hear everything from the corridor.
