Really good stay in a Urban Double Room
excellent location breakfast variety attentive staff
I liked the excellent location. The hotel faces a bus stop for tours. I enjoyed the breakfast. It included a nice variety. The staff were attentive, and very helpful when I had questions.
The room has minimal lighting. It made it hard to find things inside the suitcase. I believe some improvements would enhance the guest experience.

The hotel stands across from a bus stop. That bus stop is the pick up point for tours. It is close to the harbor. This proximity made exploring simple for me.

My room had heated floors. Heated towel racks added a touch of luxury. The shampoo and soap products were of great quality. Coffee making facilities allowed enjoyment of coffee in my room.

The bagel shop was very convenient. the staff was super helpful too. the location was awesome. Everything i needed was within walking distance.
The guest room lighting was atrocious. the interior design was minimal. It fails as urban chic. the room was as dark as a dungeon with all lights on though.

friendly staff nice bakery convenient lockers
The staff was super friendly! I enjoyed the bakery and restaurant. They were very close. Lockers for bags were also a nice touch. The bathroom was modern and luxurious!
