mediocre food unprepared staff
i was a little let down by my stay. the food at the restaurant was not very good. there are not many options available late at night, a big problem. THE staff seemed unprepared to help with any issue and showed OVERLOAD.

the hotel location offered easy access to attractions. the sleek design with modern rooms made it comfortable. i appreciated the helpful staff who ensured a smooth experience . the fitness center had treadmills and stationary bikes allowing for workout sessions
the room service menu had limited options for late-night dining which was slightly inconvenient

clean spa great drink accessible entrance
The front entrance is very accessible for taxis. The staff was kind. The spa facilities were clean, i scheduled it very easily. The bars have great drink choices, SUCH A REFRESHMENT.
The gym had broken equipment. It was ANNOYING.

the hotel is in a central location it is close to many attractions
i found the lack of drawers in the room quite inconvenient i had trouble unpacking and keeping my belongings organized the room felt cramped as a result it wasn't ideal

The location made exploring simple, it was near everything. The room provided a very comfortable bed. The bathroom included heated floors, I loved that. The hotel offered valet parking. It was very efficient.
The gym was a bit compact. It felt slightly cramped during peak hours.

helpful staff comfortable bed heated floors
The staff at this hotel were always helpful. They let me store sandwiches in their refrigerator, which helped us a lot. The bed in my room was comfortable. The bathroom had heated floors, so I never felt cold.
The ground floor had a very strong perfume. It was too much for my taste.
