EXCELLENT stay near central station!
convenient location friendly staff clean room free coffee
I found the location REALLY convenient. The central train station was a short walk away. The staff was friendly and always ready to help with directions and suggestions. My room was clean, and the free coffee in the lobby was a definite plus! The hotel also offered snacks and drinks for purchase, convenient.
The elevator required navigating a few short stairs to reach some floors, which could be tricky with heavy luggage.

My room included comfortable beds and clean linens. Fresh towels were provided daily. The bathroom had ample space. toiletries were replenished as needed, which I REALLY liked.

convenient location clean room complimentary coffee bathroom odor ceiling leak inconvenient bucket
the location is convenient I could easily reach the central station. the room was clean it had what i needed for my stay. i also appreciated the complimentary coffee at the reception.
the bathroom had a slight odor i think this was because there was no window for ventilation. one night there was a leak from the ceiling it made the carpet wet. i was given a bucket and towels because there were no other rooms available it was inconvenient.

great location clean linen
The location IS unbeatable. it is walking distance from the station. the room was adequate for two people. It was clean. THE linen felt great.
The rooms are small. i THINK more space is needed. I recommend something can be done about it.

staff members were very helpful. they always were pretty good assisting guests. this commitment ensures a smooth stay. staff had a amazing positive attitude and were quick to resolve issues, very important.

a NICE breakfast can be had at the pancake bakery next door. they serve fresh orange juice. this arrangement offers a pleasant start. the restaurant provides a very enjoyable dining experience for visitors.

Central location with comfortable stay
convenient location early check-in available coffee comfortable beds
I found the location very convenient to centraal station and the city center. The staff checked me in early, and i appreciated the available coffee. My request to have twin beds pushed together was accommodated. The beds were also quite comfortable for a good night's sleep.
The extractor next to my window was quite loud, turning on and off throughout the night.

the staff were very friendly and helpful . they helped with directions and recommendations for local attractions. the hotel is very close to the train station which was convenient for my arrival and departure. free coffee was available in the lobby a nice touch after a long day.
the room was quite small , made it difficult to move around with luggage. there was limited space for storing clothes and personal items. this lack of space was a bit inconvenient .

the hotel has vending machines in the reception area for drinks and snacks. free luggage storage is available for early arrivals and late departures. an elevator provides access to the upper floors with mobility issues.

great location train station room size small room bad bed stair kettle
the location was ideal because it was close to the train station. i walked everywhere because it was central. the room size was good and cozy.
the room was very small for 4 persons. the beds was not great. we must put the kettle on the stairs because there are not an outlet.
