I was greeted with a complimentary drink upon arrival, a VERY thoughtful touch. the check-in process was efficient, and i appreciated the provided map with local recommendations. the canal view from my room was Fine. It felt private and serene. bathroom amenities were replenished daily, which i appreciated.
the hallway carpets showed slight wear in high-traffic areas.

My arrival was not smooth. The front door was locked (it was quite annoying). I pushed the doorbell, but the reception staff seemed to ignore me. Eventually, another guest had to bang on the door to get their attention. Also the water temperature in the shower fluctuated from hot to cold, very unpleasant.

i found the staff very friendly and helpful. they provided useful tips for exploring. also another staff member helped book a restaurant when our first choice was full, recommending excellent alternatives. the service.
the wifi signal was a little weak in certain areas of the room.

The staff was very cute and always ready to help. the breakfast selection was varied and so delicious. i was really surprised by the cleanliness of my room. It was super clean. i really loved the powerful shower, a great way to start the day!
the street seemed a bit dark when i walked back to the hotel at night.

i enjoyed a double room canal view. the room included a nespresso machine and complimentary coffee pods. it was very helpful for a quick morning coffee. the bathroom featured underfloor heating, which i found quite luxurious. the blackout curtains also helped me sleep soundly.
the minibar prices were a little expensive. i would have appreciated more affordable options for drinks.
