The metro stop was close. It was only three stops from centraal station. a supermarket across the street was very convenient. the breakfast in the restaurant was excellent. It had many options and fresh fruit.
The hallways were dark. It. the dinner menu featured indonesian food. I would have preferred more international options. the lounge had limited food options. They also ran out of black tea sometimes.

unavailable service empty minibar
The advertised 24-hour room service was unavailable one night. I wanted to order something to eat. Staff told me they had no staff and suggested I order from Grubhub and come downstairs to pick it up. The minibar was also completely empty. I found this disappointing

poor organization wrong suitcase
the breakfast buffet was good , with many options.
i found the service quite slow and disorganized. i waited over an hour past check-in time to get my room , and there wasn't even an apology. then , a wrong suitcase was placed in my closet. to top it off , the baby bed i requested in advance wasn't there until i asked twice.

Really good Service and Convenient Location
great attention beautiful spa quiet environment
The service showed great attention to detail. The spa and gym facility provided a beautiful space for relaxation and exercise. The location allowed easy walks to the city center while maintaining a quiet environment. Metro and tram accessibility simplified city navigation.
I forgot my jacket in the room after check-out. The hotel told me it could not be found. I requested an immediate investigation into this matter.
