mixed feelings about city center stay
convenient locationfaulty systemworn key
the location was convenient for exploring the city center I easily reached tourist spots.
the key card system malfunctioned regularly I needed staff assistance to enter the front door each time. the key cards also failed to work on the room doors. the key cards were old and worn mostly made of wood.

the location is unbeatable! i could easily walk to dam square and central station. also, the tram stop right outside with several routes made getting around so easy. the staff was super friendly and the breakfast was delicious.
the room was a bit small for my taste. also, the shower door didn't seal properly. this caused some water to spill onto the floor. towels need replacement, they are not great

a mixed experience
cramped layoutinadequate soundproofing
the hotel location was great. however, my room felt quite cramped. the layout wasn't ideal for the room type i booked. i also found the soundproofing inadequate, as i could hear noise from the hallway and other rooms. this made it difficult to sleep comfortably.

the location is ideal, close to everything i needed. the staff were really helpful and kind! i liked the fact they provide free coffee and tea all day, it's a nice touch, very practical when you want a quick refreshment.
the room was a bit small. it was difficult to move around with luggage, i wish there was more space!
