Covent Garden Delight
large closet fluffy towels
This was my first time at this hotel. I particularly appreciated the large closet in the room, it included a steamer, and a hair straightener. The shower had amazing water pressure, a full glass door, and giant fluffy towels , so I had a wonderful bathing experience.
The check-in experience could have been better , I waited longer than I expected. The room service menu after 11 PM had minimal options with dreadful quality. I think there can be some improvements.

The room was quite spacious , particularly for a city hotel. I found the firm bed provided restful sleep. Plugs were conveniently located on both sides of the bed.

The gym featured three treadmills. A Peloton bike was available for those interested in cycling. There was a good variety of other equipment for a comprehensive workout.

The restaurant has a beautiful setting , and I found the breakfast there delicious. I liked the egg sandwich with its perfectly cooked egg and tasty horseradish sauce. Oat milk was also available for my cappuccino.

really good stay in a superior room
helpful staff diverse dining comfortable room
the hotel included multiple restaurant and bar areas, offering diverse dining experiences. the staff were consistently helpful and were really good too ensure a comfortable stay (i really appreciated this!). the superior room i had included great ceiling height and pretty sash windows.
the minibar was stocked, but some items were charged at a very high price.

the hotel is very close to covent garden, including the tube station. many restaurants and theaters are nearby which makes it easy to find entertainment. the peloton studio is also within walking distance.

breakfast service was very good, with oat milk available for cappuccinos. the egg sandwich had a perfectly cooked egg accompanied by a tasty horseradish sauce. the pancakes were a big portion and came with juicy blueberries.

dark hallway missing breakfast
i encountered a very DARK hallway. It was difficult to see the room number. i tripped over an unexpected step. the breakfast i ordered did not arrive at all after waiting a long time, and i had to leave for the train station without eating. it WAS disappointing.
