Romantic Respite
attentive service charming room daily breakfast
My stay involved such attentive service. I felt valued. The Classic Double Room was good it had such charm. The hotel's location proved ideal for exploring nearby sites. Green Park was very close. I appreciated the daily breakfast options. Such delicious choices. The staff readily provided helpful tips and directions. The gin tasting experience with Viviane was highly informative. I learned a great deal about various gins.
It was slightly inconvenient.

Romantic Mayfair Retreat
attentive staff professionalism standard warmth attitude
The location felt perfectly situated for exploration and access to various attractions. The room offered ample space and the housekeeping staff maintained perfect standards. Every staff member exhibited warmth and attentiveness. Their professionalism did not go unnoticed. I would highlight the romantic piano music played in a cozy bar during the evening.
The bathroom fixtures in the room was somewhat outdated and could benefit from refurbishment to align with the hotel's overall elegance.

The staff was attentive to my needs. I requested extra pillows and they delivered them promptly. The location allowed easy access to nearby attractions I wanted to see. I found that very helpful during my short stay. The bar offers a great selection of cocktails I enjoyed each evening. It created a relaxing end to the day.
The room felt smaller than I anticipated. It was challenging to maneuver around the furniture. I also noted the absence of a mini-fridge in the room. It would have been convenient for storing drinks and snacks.

a decent stay
friendly staff clean room limited tea selection outdated furniture
the breakfast was a la carte. the location was quite convenient to various attractions. i found the staff to be friendly and helpful . the room was very clean, a positive aspect.
i found no nespresso machine available in the room. instead, only instant filter coffee was offered. the selection of teas was somewhat limited. i thought the furniture in the room was outdated and worn, which detracted from the experience.

great kindness perfect location attentive staff
Our stay felt special. I experienced travel sickness upon arrival. The staff showed great kindness, offering ginger ale at check-in. Jozeph helped my dad locate a nearby pharmacy for me. We enjoyed the gin tasting experience, and Francisco proved really good. The staff was attentive. The location is perfect.

The staff were very attentive . A table in the jazz bar was reserved for my birthday. It.
The bathroom was uncomfortably tight. The mattress was thin and broken down. It has been the worst I've experienced in 30 years of European travel.
