great location high standard very nice treatment
the location is fantastic , with easy access to shops and restaurants. the hotel is very well designed , with high standards throughout. i enjoyed the on-site spa and received very nice treatments there.
i found that complimentary water was not provided daily , i had to request it.

the staff is professional and attentive to every need. they handled requests with perfect timing and care . the concierge service is especially helpful for francophone guests , it's a plus.

The location proved ideal, very close to Oxford Street. The fitness center offered equipment and amenities. The staff were helpful, showing genuine service. Complimentary water was readily available upon request. Both still and sparkling types.
The room lacked spaciousness. It was not very large, even though it was well-appointed.

Really good Mayfair Experience
modern spa clean spa comfortable room beautiful interior
I found the spa very modern and clean. The hotel bar was similar to the American Bar elsewhere, missing only a piano. My room was comfortable and relatively large. The interiors were overall beautiful. I enjoyed the limo service to my evening event available within a mile.
My room temperature was too warm despite adjusting the A/C. I had difficulty sleeping.

excellent service sparkling water equipped fitness
The staff provided excellent service throughout my stay. I found complimentary still and sparkling water available upon request. The fitness center was well-equipped (I especially liked the weight machines).
The room felt a LITTLE too warm at times, despite adjusting the thermostat.

overrated and overpriced experience
the front desk staff seemed efficient enough at check-in. i also appreciated that they stored my luggage after i checked out.
i was really disappointed by the room size it felt cramped. the bathroom lacked counter space making it difficult to manage my toiletries. i definitely expected more for the price i paid.

helpful staff fitness center hot room bad sleep
the staff were helpful. i found that the location was good, with shops nearby. i also liked that they provide complimentary water when you ask for it. the fitness center includes many amenities.
i didn't liked my room, it was too hot. i tried many times adjusting the a/c but it didn't worked and i called the front desk two times. i had a bad night sleep.
