fresh pastries excellent refrigerator friendly staff comfortable chair
The breakfast had such a generous selection of items. I especially enjoyed the fresh pastries. My room had an excellent refrigerator. The staff were very friendly and always ready to help. The comfortable high-back chair in my room was a welcome touch after long days.
I did find that the shower temperature was a little inconsistent, fluctuating slightly between warm and cool.

breakfast rocked for my kids. i loved how helpful and friendly the staff was. connecting rooms were a game changer. the rooms weren't fancy but they were clean and very relaxing.
room was a bit too basic with no hot chocolate.

waterloo station was super close to the hotel, its like 5 minutes. access to the tube was simple, you don't have to walk through the whole station. easy peasy to get around.

i appreciated the helpful staff and the ease of access to transportation. good food options were available for breakfast. the hotel's proximity to various transport links was a real plus. the breakfast included a satisfying selection of items.
the room lacked a complimentary bottle of water, which i would have expected for the price.

The team demonstrated attentiveness. They quickly addressed all my requests. a gentleman, chris, arranged an xl taxi to the airport for us. they ensured a smooth experience from check-in through departure.

The room included large, comfortable twin beds. various bus stops are right in front of the building. Waterloo station is nearby, offering easy access to other areas. a hop-on-hop-off bus also stops outside.

the hotel had a convenient location near waterloo station. this made travel around the city very accessible. the breakfast offered a good variety of options.
i found the beds quite uncomfortable i could feel the springs. there was no fridge available in the room to store drinks or snacks.
