the front desk staff was nice and check-in was fast because of the online check-in. i found the breakfast buffet to be very excellent with many different options available (some items varied daily). the hotel's proximity to victoria station made getting around easy.
the room lacked washcloths, which i later learned are not typically provided.

the breakfast buffet offers fresh and tasty options. i saw diverse choices including fruit, cereals, yogurt, eggs, bacon, beans, toast, pastries, teas and coffees. the staff restocked the buffet frequently and cleared tables efficiently.

the hotel is near victoria station. access to transportation and attractions was easy. the breakfast had amazing choices, including excellent scrambled eggs.
the staff gossiped loudly about tourists wanting early check-in. this was disappointing upon arrival.

The room was spacious and clean, a great combination. I loved the option to watch Netflix. The breakfast had a HUGE selection. The location across from the station was SUPER convenient!!!
I wish there was a lunch or dinner option available in the hotel. It would have been REALLY helpful after a long day.

the check-in process seemed disorganized. the staff member gave unclear instructions regarding the check-in form.. the hotel room had an unpleasant smell, and i found a small bug in the sink. the thermostat did not function effectively, and the bed was uncomfortable due to rough spots in the mattress.
