the location was acceptable it was close to transport links
the room felt cramped it was smaller than expected for what i paid the noise level was NOT good either i heard constant noise from outside and other rooms the wifi was UNRELIABLE and slow making it hard to work

the registration desk was excellent, and victoria was lovely and helpful.
The heater did not work in our room. We called maintenance, but they never returned. we had to buy a space heater to be comfortable. The window would open on its own. the television only worked half the time.

A Stay with Some Issues

The location was convenient , very close to Victoria station. Luggage storage shops were also in the neighborhood. The staff at the entrance seemed warm , very attentive.
The room was smaller than I expected , and there was no view from the window. I also woke up early because of a fire alarm at 5 a.m. on Monday . There was no explanation or follow up.

ineffective air conditioningsmall bathroom
i found a few issues . the air conditioning was really ineffective. it struggled to cool the room, even on the highest setting i felt too warm during the night. also, the bathroom was quite small. there wasn't much counter space and i found it difficult to move around comfortably. these issues impacted my overall experience.
