great location excellent ac clean room stuffy room dust particles limited amenities
the location was really good. it was near covent garden market and many restaurants. also, the ac worked really well. i also appreciate the cleanness.
the room felt stuffy. i think i could smell dust particles in the air. also, the corridor smelled dusty, i feel like there's need for extra care about that. there weren't many amenities in the room.

broken blind loud bed
I was 'upgraded' to a room on the fifth floor with no elevator, not fun after walking around all day. The blind on the window was broken, and the sun woke me up. The bed also banged loudly against the wall, charming.

Really good West End Stay
convenient location excellent shower
the location proved convenient for visiting many theatres. the room was compact, yet sufficient for a single occupant, i found the bathroom and shower to be excellent.
the elevator was inoperable, and i received notification earlier that day. i was initially assigned to the third floor, but upon arrival, it changed to the fifth floor, yet they found one on the fourth.

the staff members were attentive and helpful with check in. they readily addressed inquiries and ensured my needs were handled quickly, i found their commitment enhanced the experience.

a dozen good breakfast places were within a minute or two. i walked up to the waldorf astoria for a full english. this proximity makes finding diverse culinary experiences uncomplicated.
