i found the location quite convenient near major attractions. the hotel building itself is amazing, showcasing great design. breakfast offered a very good selection of choices.

i noticed the room i was assigned was rather small for the price paid. there were some issues regarding room bookings and specific requests. the gym did not seem to have a wide array of available equipment.

The location worked out so good for me. it was only 3 minutes walk to the tube station. the building itself is quite excellent. the staff was helpful too. Amber and josh especially.

my room was a bit small for what i paid. i booked a single room. the bathroom also had hairs all over after it was cleaned. i found this off putting.

My room had high ceilings and large windows with blackout curtains! The bathroom had heated floors and premium toiletries, also the shower had strong water pressure, which I loved. I found complimentary snacks and drinks in the minibar. It was a nice touch!

The fitness center was a bit small, and it only had a few machines, feel crowded sometimes.

The single room was a bit of a joke. the bed faced the door directly, a peculiar design choice. the wardrobe doubled as a tea station. I am not sure my clothes appreciated kettle steam. the magnifying mirror was useless, too high to see anything even remotely useful

I found the location perfect. It was very close to the train and tube station. The neighborhood restaurants and stores were fantastic. The hotel is super elegant and historic. Breakfast was AMAZING!!!

I found the room very small. The windows barely open. The bathroom extractor fan runs continually. The shower over bath is only suitable for those under 5 feet tall.

The architecture in this building is AMAZING!!! I admired the paintings and design details throughout the hotel. I found the staff super polite and helpful. The bed was super comfy. I slept for over 9 hours the night I stayed. Free drinks and snacks were a nice addition to the room.

The cocktails were a little too intense for me on the spectrum menu. I only discovered later that I could have asked for custom cocktails if they had the ingredients. This information should be more readily available upon ordering.
