Acceptable Stay, Several Issues
late room payment error
My stay wasn't perfect. The room wasn't ready until almost an hour after the promised time, frustrating after a long journey. There was also a mix-up with another guest. The staff brought the wrong luggage to the wrong room. the final payment was charged twice to my credit card (i now have to solve that problem).

the breakfast menu had generous options. spa facilities included a hammam, jacuzzi and sauna! the reception staff told us stories about the hotel.
the service felt a little slow at times, though everyone was polite.

A really good stay
reception team amazing concierge quiet environment
The reception team was very cute, they even upgraded my room. The concierge and bellboys were amazing. The outdoor staff was very gentle and professional. The bathroom provided a perfect experience. The sound insulation ensured a quiet environment. I felt really cared for .
The elevator music could use a refresh (it was a bit repetitive).

The hotel's location is very convenient. Many attractions are within walking distance. Public transport is also easily accessible, nice for quick trips to farther destinations.

Staff members were always ready to help. From the front door to housekeeping, everything was a 10/10. The hotel team thought of things before I even knew I wanted them, focusing on my enjoyment.

the staff were very friendly and professional. i appreciated the welcome drink upon arrival as a lovely touch. the room was super clean and the turn down service was very nice. the hotel tour upon arrival was a special bonus.
my room had a very tiny window so there was little natural light.
