the location was really convenient near public transport i found that acceptable
i had to wait over an hour at the bar to get food even though it was not busy i saw kids getting restless i was annoyed by that

convenient location ironing board useful microwave ample space
I found the location convenient near waterloo station. the room had an iron and ironing board which i used. the hotel also offered a microwave in the room. This was useful for heating up snacks. the room provided ample space for luggage storage.
i noticed some minor wear and tear on the bathroom fixtures.

my room was quite large it featured a separate kitchenette and seating area. the bathroom had a good shower and a bath with nice cosmetics. i appreciated that the hotel offered a gift for declining housekeeping services. the staff seemed attentive when i requested extra tea bags
the elevators were slow at times this caused some delays when trying to reach my room especially during peak hours i noticed this inconvenience several times

the staff was cute and well trained i noticed every staff member greeted me with a smile. the breakfast buffet looked comprehensive with many choices i also saw fruit and water provided in reception

adequate space tasty food convenient location outdated bathroom shower head dirty carpets
the twin room provided adequate space for me and my companion . the food in the restaurant tasted lovely. the location are very convenient, close to many attractions.
the bathroom seemed outdated and needed some attention to details. the shower head seemed to have some mineral buildup and needed cleaning. the carpets in the room could be cleaner, i noticed some debris.

anniversary presents amazing views
the staff gifted us anniversary presents, it was unexpected. our penthouse room had amazing views, something very nice. i really like the facilitys. the hotel were excellent.
some bathroom fittings appears rusty, unexpected.
