I found the staff very attentive and helpful in every way. The breakfast was excellent with delicious and fresh food. I especially enjoyed the Indian selections. Justin helped me get a forgotten bag to the airport after we had left the hotel.

The location was acceptable. It provided convenient access to nearby attractions.
I was pretty annoyed by the subpar service. My room, a Classic Room, had a malfunctioning air conditioning unit, one I reported immediately, yet it was never fixed. The room felt stuffy and uncomfortable for the duration of my stay (a week). The breakfast was also a mess. There were long queues and the buffet area was disorganized with items frequently running out.

The room had good standard facilities and beverage options. I found the bathroom lovely. It included nice towels, a bath robe, and accessories. Breakfast was good, despite me arriving at peak time. It was a little hectic, though. The staff was excellent from start to finish of my stay.
The room was unexpectedly changed upon arrival. I based this review on my stay in the new room.
