Really good Service and Great Location
attentive staff excellent breakfast delicious food helpful service
I found the staff very attentive and helpful in every way. The breakfast was excellent with delicious and fresh food. I especially enjoyed the Indian selections. Justin helped me get a forgotten bag to the airport after we had left the hotel.
The elevator service was slow during peak hours, leading to some waiting time.

The room included a comfortable king size bed and good air conditioning. The bathroom featured two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. Crisp bed linens added to the comfortable environment in my room.

Mixed Feelings About My Stay
malfunctioning air conditioning long queue
The location was acceptable. It provided convenient access to nearby attractions.
I was pretty annoyed by the subpar service. My room, a Classic Room, had a malfunctioning air conditioning unit, one I reported immediately, yet it was never fixed. The room felt stuffy and uncomfortable for the duration of my stay (a week). The breakfast was also a mess. There were long queues and the buffet area was disorganized with items frequently running out.

standard facilities lovely bathroom
The room had good standard facilities and beverage options. I found the bathroom lovely. It included nice towels, a bath robe, and accessories. Breakfast was good, despite me arriving at peak time. It was a little hectic, though. The staff was excellent from start to finish of my stay.
The room was unexpectedly changed upon arrival. I based this review on my stay in the new room.

underwhelming stay
noisy room fire alarm
the location was good, close to buckingham palace.
The room was quite noisy. I heard doors slamming and the elevator running all night. fire alarms went off several times, but staff made no announcements. It was confusing and a little unsettling.

The staff were helpful. My room was spacious. I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere in the heart of everything. The beautiful courtyard added a touch of charm to my stay.
The breakfast area felt a bit crowded, requiring a short wait for a table. It was not ideal.

The heritage charm of the building really adds character. It's beautiful. I found a Santander bike parking bay right opposite the hotel. A Lime e-bike bay was also nearby. It was GREAT for exploring the city.
