lovely stay!
fabulous food attentive waitstaff high ceilings top notch cleanliness
This hotel impressed me. the holborn dining room offered a sunday roast, the food was fabulous and the waitstaff was attentive. i stayed in the grand executive king room and it was very comfortable, with high ceilings (it felt spacious!). the cleanliness was top notch. It was a very neat room.
i must say, the in-room coffee machine didn't function as expected, a slight inconvenience.

the hotel is near several transport options. bus and underground stations are a walking distance away, which makes the hotel's location really convenient. plenty of bars, restaurants, coffee shops and supermarkets are nearby too.

the hotel staff was amazing from check-in to check-out. laura, filippo, and alex were wonderful and very cute. i found the staff at both holborn dining room and the mirror room to be great.

The hotel is very clean, a detail I expect as standard.
Upon arrival, assistance was notably absent. There was no one available to help with luggage from the taxi. The room I reserved did not meet expectations set by its description, specifically lacking promised features. the hotel staff was difficult to locate when needed.

This hotel is world class. Every staff member I encountered. The breakfast service in the Mirror Room was a highlight. The room was amazing. the location is superb. I will return here during future visits.
The room wasn't cleaned when I returned at 3:30 PM one day.

The room featured convenient amenities such as complimentary water bottles daily. I enjoyed the provided coffee and tea. the biscuits and chocolates offered for snacks. The room was silent with nice decoration.

The breakfast offers diverse choices suitable for everyone. Lunch at the Greygoose Terrace was great. I particularly loved the Niçoise salad. Scarfes Bar has quality drinks with a beautiful lounge.

The reception and concierge teams extended a warm welcome upon arrival! The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, going above and beyond. The staff is attentive, yet subtle, in providing service.

The hotel staff was very helpful regarding transportation. The room itself was super clean and cozy. The friendly attitude.
The hotel stay included a room that seemed a bit small. I found limited space for luggage. The high step over the edge of the bathtub felt dangerous.
