warm staff friendly staff unexpected amount long delay
the staff acted warm and friendly, so i felt special upon arrival.
I was disappointed about an incident with my debit card after my stay, as a further amount was pre authorised again without my knowledge. It took over 3 weeks to have the amount returned to my account and the blame was directed at my bank.

lobby wallpaper personalized note pressed sheet
The lobby wallpaper is extraordinary. the personalized welcome note was a nice touch. the sheets were perfectly pressed. staff members seemed to anticipate needs effectively. This was very helpful.
i had an issue with my debit card after my stay. a further pre-authorization was charged without my knowledge. it took over three weeks for it to be returned to my account.

fantastic stay!
i booked a lunch for my anniversary. the staff accompanied me to the dining room and shown me to a beautiful table. the staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the food.
I found that the breakfast was a total disappointment. The bacon was dry. sausage was tasteless and the bread and eggs were unremarkable.

the hotel has a perfect position. it sits close to victoria station and buckingham palace. the surrounding area felt secure and easily accessible for various excursions.

i had dinner in the veranda restaurant, and it was relaxed. the steak was amazing!!! i thought the wine selection was also excellent. the restaurant provides a nice and epic experience.

a decent stay
warm staff elegant room great staff slow service hard boiled eggs cheap toast
the staff showed warmth upon arrival. the room was elegant and very clean. the bar area had great staff (they made excellent cocktails).
The breakfast service was slow. i received hard boiled eggs when i ordered eggs and soldiers. the ham and cheese platter had cheap toast cheese. It was not excellent.

the location near victoria station proved convenient for travel (easy access to transportation). the bedroom offered a view of the garden. room service was attentive and quick.
