fantastic stay
quick service several options fresh juices
i really loved the quick service. the gym had three treadmills plus two stationary bikes. the breakfast buffet featured several gluten-free options and fresh fruit juices.

convenient location nespresso machine underfloor heating helpful staff
The hotel is close to many shops. The room included both a Nespresso machine and tea-making facilities. The bathroom featured underfloor heating, a real plus. The staff were helpful with directions (especially regarding public transportation).
The gym was a bit small. It had only two treadmills.

The breakfast buffet included fresh pastries and a wide selection of cheeses. There was attentive service. Staff remembered my coffee order. The restaurant offered a diverse menu with options for different dietary needs.

The hotel has a business center with computers and printers. There is a spa offering massage services (I didn't use it, though). The premises include a quiet courtyard with seating.

Acceptable stay, BUT issues need addressing
dated decor dripping faucet
The location is convenient for exploring the area (a definite plus).
The room decor felt a bit dated and tired. The bathroom was especially disappointing. I noticed a dripping faucet that maintenance should address. The breakfast price seemed high considering it wasn't included.

A decent stay overall
better room gym access busy hotel staff attention
I liked that they upgraded us to a better room. It was my wife birthday. Noel helped making our stay as enjoyable as possible. The location are good, and I liked the gym. Hotel guests got access to it.
The hotel was notably busy when I went. I think there was a lack of attention from the majority of the staff. Only one staff member, Shabnam, acknowledge my presence.

great location friendly staff good facilities early closing poor service rude security
the location is very good, close to many sites. The hotel also has very good facilities. The staff were nice and friendly (i appreciate this!).
the bar closed early each night. The service was sometimes poor, i noticed. At one point, a security guard told me to leave a lounge area, so they could clean it.

The location was excellent. the staff was friendly. the breakfast was great. It included a wide variety of options. the bed was very comfortable. It gave good support.
The room i had was small. the bathroom was tiny. It was difficult to move around. water in the shower did not drain properly. It left me standing in soapy water.
