The breakfast buffet was fresh and plentiful. the executive lounge was well stocked. It had cheeses, meats, and nibbles for different dietary needs. i appreciated the helpful concierge. the gym was well equipped for a good workout. the city view from my room was amazing.
The in-room soap dispenser was empty. I found that minor inconvenience annoying.

The breakfast service was disappointing. The staff looked unfriendly, and the overall atmosphere felt unwelcoming. I noticed a clear lack of warmth. This experience was a letdown. The room itself was fairly standard, though I appreciated that the air conditioning worked well, I wish there was something more.

abi greeted us at reception! he looked after my group and me amazingly. he sorted the beautiful king room for me. it was a wonderful room. i am returning this week to treat my mother for mothers day because of abi.
the hotel was very busy ! the lobby was always packed! the restaurant serving breakfast was very busy.
