central location amazing service overcrowded lounge unpleasant odor
alex, ania, and jonathan. the location right across from hyde park is amazing. Major attractions are easily accessible.
the executive lounge was often too crowded! it was hard to find a seat between 9 and 11. the staff struggled to keep up with demand and frequently ran out of coffee. the room on the first floor had a noticeable unpleasant odor, like urine, which the staff did not address despite complaints.

The staff were warm and efficient. My room had an amazing view. Breakfast service was fast. The hotel provided prompt responses to all requests. The check-in process was very quick. I received assistance with my luggage immediately.

spacious layout king-sized bed quiet spot
i was really impressed with my room! the superior room offered a spacious layout with a king-sized bed that was like a cloud. i also found the executive lounge access to be a real treat. the breakfast selection there was good.
the gym equipment seemed a little dated.

amazing stay!
best room nice lounge easy coming convenient parking
Erina checked me in at the front desk. She was excellent! the room she gave me was the best. the executive lounge is also very nice. i also like that the parking entry is on the side. It makes coming and going so easy!

convenient parking themed cake chocolate tree
The hotel has a convenient parking entry on the side. This made coming and going very easy. I visited the Magic Faraway Tree afternoon tea, and the sandwiches, scones, and cakes were excellent. The cakes matched the Magic Faraway Tree theme. There was even a chocolate smoking tree!
The air quality wasn't the best.

lovely decor ideal location clean room unresponsive staff slow service missing apology
The hotel decoration are lovely throughout. The location was ideal for an event i attended. Our rooms were very clean, i booked two.
The staff DON'T give an sh. I ask a waiter for something ten times. They never apologize for making you ask ten times.
