The hotel blends modern amenities with timeless charm. High-tech conveniences are combined with classic elegance. The staff was attentive and accommodating in every way. They even laundered my shirt and returned it to my tailor's shop after I made a mess!

I found the grapefruit juice to be not fresh and just beginning to turn. It was disappointing considering the price. I expected better quality, especially given the overall high standards of the hotel.

the valet parking was convenient. the butler service was an extra treat. the room comfort was excellent.

i got one slice of toast cut in half on a plate. the grapefruit juice was not fresh, it was beginning to turn and go off. the manager, andrew booth, should hang his head in shame.

I was really frustrated by a few things. firstly, the breakfast toast was a joke. I got one tiny slice cut in half on a plate. also, the grapefruit juice tasted like it was going bad, i found that unacceptable considering the price of everything else.

the staff were so kind from when i walked in to when i sat down, it seemed like a dream. the hotel has beautiful decorations, especially the festive ones, it was so magical. the afternoon tea was amazing, and the staff were so attentive when explaining all the items and giving more tea.

my grapefruit juice was starting to taste a little off, like it was going bad. i asked for toast for breakfast and only received one slice cut in half. i really expect more at this price, specially when the hotel dont even offer a choice of bread
