extra charges dull breakfast
Location was fine. It was close to transportation.
I found extra charges after checkout. I didn't receive any information about the reason behind this. The breakfast was dull. There weren't new options during the entire week.

inappropriate items stale milk
The minibar had items i found inappropriate for a family room. Adult play kit, seriously? the breakfast had issues. The milk tasted stale, so i skipped the cereal. slippers were not provided, though bathrobes were. I found that odd. i also noticed a lack of soap dishes in the bathrooms. A small thing, yet frustrating.

Wonderful Moments on the South Bank
popular attractions really good check-in warm welcome
The location is superb. I found easy access to both the metro and many popular attractions. The room featured nice toiletries. Joy provided an really good check-in experience. It was fantastic. I cannot express enough positive sentiments about the warm welcome..
I noticed no business facilities were available. The only option to hold an early morning video meeting was within the bedroom.

excellent view friendly staff
I adored the hotel. It was so clean and well kept. the rooftop bar offered excellent views. It was amazing. the staff was friendly. I felt so welcome and cared for.
It felt a little dated. the breakfast was not great. It lacked variety. i wished there were more options available.

sparkling water still water coffee machine uht milk small bed corporate design
The location was very convenient for exploring. The coffee machines in the rooms were a nice addition. I especially liked the still and sparkling water stations on the floors. They allowed me to fill up with good drinking water.
The bed was a small double, not the kingsize I expected. The milk in the room was uht, not fresh. I also had to leave the room to get tap water.

modern room comfortable linen perfect location small room poor view slow check-in
I appreciated the modern room design. The shower was large. The bed had very comfortable linen. The location was perfect for seeing many sights.
My room was very small. The view from the side was not great. The check in process was not quick. The staff seemed less friendly after the initial greeting.
