Cool Spot Near Piccadilly

great location quick check-in clean room

I really appreciated the hotel's excellent location. Check in and check out were very quick and easy. The room was quite spacious and really clean too!

The gap in the toilet door was a slight issue. I found it lacked a bit of privacy.

The staff proved friendly and really helpful throughout my visit. Yashashree was especially helpful, she assisted me with several questions I had about local attractions. I felt very well looked after and supported.

convenient location clean room available gym staff service

The hotel's location proved very convenient. The room was clean. I appreciated the available gym and the hangout area (a great place to relax). The staff service was amazing. Laura helped me with some requests.

The room lacked some expected amenities. I did not find a hairdryer inside.

the location made exploring easy. i found the staff to be very helpful. i also thought the room, though basic, was really quite clean.

I was surprised there wasn't any storage space in the room, like a small table or drawers. It made organizing belongings a little challenging

the location was on point for what i needed it for. the baggage storage felt secure and well organized.

the air conditioning didn't work well in my room. i complained, but staff didn't fix it. two nights seemed like a sauna. also, the phone data connection was really poor, i barely had any data.

The location is great. It is close to many convenient areas. the room had air conditioning. the room was also very quiet.

it was difficult finding my room because the hallways look the same. the bed wasn't comfortable. the pillow was terrible and there were only two of them on a double bed.
