Elegant Stay at Refurbished Hotel
tasteful refurbishment spacious sitting room
I found the recent refurbishment to be tasteful and amazing. The Belgravia Suite upgrade was a nice surprise. The spacious sitting room was particularly useful. The hotel staff were polite and dedicated.

The hotel sits across from the beautiful Hyde Park. This offers easy access for walks. Many shops and restaurants are within walking distance. This location is convenient for exploring Mayfair.

Breakfast options included healthy choices. I found the food at The Grill to be excellent!!! The hotel offers an extensive and interesting wine list. Pastries from the pastry team were lovely.

Staff were discrete and friendly. The front desk was helpful and understanding. I noticed the Dorchester Ambassador welcomed guests back. The Les Clefs d'Or concierge team took care of requests.

The suite had warmed marble floors in the bathroom. Adjustable lighting in the dressing room was great. I received John Lobb shoe shine service. It is available to all hotel guests.

wonderful stay
attentive staff surprise cake fantastic food
the staff was super attentive and friendly! they helped celebrate my husband's birthday with a surprise cake during breakfast. prior to my stay, the hotel contacted me to ask if i needed anything. the food was fantastic including tea time, breakfast, and the chinese restaurant.
The fitness center was small and cramped.

friendly service fast service surprise cake
I adored the friendly, fast service at the vespa bar. the ambience was perfection. Drinks were amazing. the staff helped celebrate my husband's birthday with a surprise cake during our lovely breakfast. the hotel contacted me prior to our stay to ask if we needed anything.
The fitness center felt small compared to others i have visited. I wish it were larger.

The room had everything you need plus more, i thought it was super clean. beds feature extreme comfort, promising a restful night's sleep. I woke up totally refreshed. the sitting room in the suite offered the perfect space for pre-dinner drinks.

i appreciated the recent tasteful refurbishment throughout the hotel the decor felt fresh i also received a fabulous upgrade to a belgravia suite this spacious suite provided ample space for pre-dinner drinks with family the staff were polite dedicated and helpful.
