concierge service willing staff breakfast quality housekeeping issue dirty rags luggage damage
The concierge service was exquisite! The entire staff was always more than willing to help. It is unlikely guests will be disappointed. Breakfast in the room was very good. The food was AMAZING!!! Drinks at the Vesper Bar were also a highlight.
Housekeeping created a big problem for me.

wonderful stay
attentive staff surprise cake fantastic food
the staff was super attentive and friendly! they helped celebrate my husband's birthday with a surprise cake during breakfast. prior to my stay, the hotel contacted me to ask if i needed anything. the food was fantastic including tea time, breakfast, and the chinese restaurant.
The fitness center was small and cramped.

friendly service fast service surprise cake
I adored the friendly, fast service at the vespa bar. the ambience was perfection. Drinks were amazing. the staff helped celebrate my husband's birthday with a surprise cake during our lovely breakfast. the hotel contacted me prior to our stay to ask if we needed anything.
The fitness center felt small compared to others i have visited. I wish it were larger.

The room had everything you need plus more, i thought it was super clean. beds feature extreme comfort, promising a restful night's sleep. I woke up totally refreshed. the sitting room in the suite offered the perfect space for pre-dinner drinks.
