This hotel has fine architecture with historical significance. grand interiors and spacious suites. the staff are attentive, providing prompt and kind service. the amenities are abundant. The room service provides every cuisine you could need, the dishes were AMAZING!!!
I wished my tonic was poured from a smaller bottle. The large plastic bottle didn't quite match the elegance.

The hotel includes a pool and a spa. Both are perfect for relaxation. a fitness center features modern equipment for exercise. a car service is available for convenient transportation. It is really a fantastic bonus.

The staff were always helpful and nice during the whole stay. the receptionist assisted us with check-in early. the suite was clean and beautiful. Chocolate and drinks were there to greet us upon arrival to the hotel.

the architecture is fine, possessing a historical significance, it is amazing. the staff are friendly, always ready to assist with any request. amenities offer diverse experiences, with every cuisine imaginable available on the hotel. the location is fantastic, within close proximity of the main attractions.
My drink was served in a plastic bottle. I would have preferred it in a glass bottle.

the staff provided excellent care . ryan cheung, the receptionist, gave us an amazing tour. every request was fulfilled promptly, showcasing a dedication to customer satisfaction. we were greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality at every turn.

I had a good afternoon tea in the drawing room. the sandwiches were delicious, especially the avocado and chicken ones. i also loved the tea timers. They added a unique touch (it's the little things, right?). the drawing room itself is beautiful, with cozy wood panelling.
The breakfast wasn't great. the buffet lacked variety, with only muesli for cereal. the cooked english breakfast had streaky bacon that was too hard (i had to use my fingers!). the toast was just cheap sliced bread. I expected more.
