perfect locationattentive staffsuperb pastries
The location allowed easy walks to many attractions. I found a staff member was very attentive during afternoon tea. I especially enjoyed the pastries. They tasted quite superb.
Some minor issues did arise. I had some difficulties with the shampoo dispenser in the bathroom. the pillows were too soft for my taste.

the room was very clean when i arrived. i found complimentary water and chocolate, lovely. i slept well on the comfortable bed and pillows. the staff proved super helpful, always polite to me.
I noticed no literature was in the room. the coffee pod machine had been replaced, and it came without instructions. turning on the television involved random button presses. The aircon controls too. i really expected more for the price.

i found the breakfast excellent, filled with a wide range of choices. everything was fresh, a testament to careful preparation. the staff are polite and conscientious with their work.

this location proves a perfect spot for sightseeing. it is only a short five to ten minute walk to trafalgar square. covent garden can also be reached with just two minutes of walking, awesome for convenient exploration.
