I was greeted with really good service. The staff was attentive and genuinely cared about my satisfaction. My room was super clean, well-appointed, and had an very nice view. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as the high-end toiletries and the complimentary treats left each evening.
The only minor issue I encountered was the limited counter space in the bathroom. It made organizing my toiletries a bit challenging. More shelving or a larger vanity would greatly improve the functionality of the space.
