The room had a superior king room. The lighting was easy to manage thanks to the control panel (i loved that!). I appreciated the staff's friendliness and the convenient location near many restaurants.
The gym did not have many free weights.

fantastic modern stay
convenient locationgorgeous interiorhelpful staff
i found the location superb near waterloo station and lambeth north tube station i was only a short walk to the bakerloo line. the hotel had a gorgeous interior and exterior with taxis easily pulling up to reception. the staff were smartly dressed and always helpful and polite.
the pool area could use some attention i noticed the edging was a bit mouldy and some of the temporary fixes were coming loose it detracted slightly from the overall experience

the staff offered quick responses to all requests including the efficient delivery of extra towels and toiletries when needed i found their attentiveness amazing. housekeeping maintained a high standard of cleanliness throughout my stay i could always rely on a well-kept room.

the superior king room featured modern electronic controls to manage lighting and temperature i appreciated this advanced technology. the bathroom had a very nice design plus it was very clean giving off a relaxing feel. the room size was adequate for a comfortable stay for our family.

The room was very clean with modern decor. A control panel allowed for easy adjustment of lighting. I enjoyed the comfort of a spacious layout. I appreciate the kind staff member who brought mushrooms at breakfast, even though they were not on display.
The hallways and lights were very dark, and that creates problem for someone with visual impairment.

I am grateful for the amazing staff. Patricia, Mary, and Gela at reception were really good hosts.). Viorica from housekeeping kept our room clean, and Alexandra from breakfast was very professional. Michael and Alfred from concierge provided fantastic service, and Ahmed from the spa was both friendly and professional.
The perfume smell in the lobby was strong. Anyone with asthma might find it a bit overpowering (just a minor point though).
