Check-in was fast, and the reception staff were very cute. The building felt very secure. My room was very clean and modern, and it included dressing gowns and slippers. A coffee machine was also provided. It was GREAT!!!
The bathroom sink seemed a little blocked.

The room had ample space with a very spacious bathroom. A rainfall shower was present, and toiletries were supplied. A hairdryer was available in the bathroom, which I appreciated. The mini-fridge was a nice convenience.

The hotel offered easy access to transportation, made getting around easy. The hotel had a secure entrance, giving peace of mind. Trams provided quick transportation to and from the city. Parking was easy and worked PERFECTLY!!!

The staff at the reception was very friendly and helpful. They promptly assisted with any questions I had. They even helped me borrow an iron, very useful. The staff seemed glad to assist with transport options.

the staff was very friendly at reception. i found plenty of restaurants close by the hotel. the location is great, away from the city's main hustle. the hotel provided extra blankets (it was really helpful).
the towels had some stains (this was pretty surprising).

the hotel's location is great with lots of lovely restaurants nearby. a tram stop is fairly close, providing easy access to the city center. the van gogh museum is a short walk away, awesome for easy access to cultural attractions.

The bathroom was spacious, which i liked. A tram stop was very close. It was about ten minutes to the central station. The heart of the city was similarly accessible.
The floor was not clean when i arrived. It was also not cleaned . The mattresses were uncomfortable, and they had a dip in the middle.

I was thrilled with the spacious beautiful double room. It was very clean. the location really is perfect. It's easy to get around, and the staff are so helpful (they even gave me some great tips!).
The walls felt quite thin. I could hear some noise from neighboring rooms, a little distracting.

The room pictures seemed a bit off, it looked older than expected. The glass by the bed had a crack, and the floors felt dusty. I also noticed we got charged for drinks we didn't have. The hotel didn't refund us. I advise checking the minibar items upon arrival and departure.
