Amazing Location and Friendly Staff!

The location is fantastic, very close to the city center! The friendly staff were very helpful! The hotel has a garage, so I was very secure about my car.
The radiator in the room wasn't working perfectly, so it got a little chilly at times.

good location parking available thin layer receptionist behavior
location was good and parking was possible if i booked ahead.
i found the beds were basically couches, there was only a thin layer on top, not a real mattress, what the heck. staff didn't give any discounts even i told them about stolen documents.

the staff was helpful with directions to nearby attractions. i appreciated the cleanliness of the family room. the pantry downstairs was convenient for quick snacks and drinks. the daily cleaning service kept our room tidy and comfortable .

genuine smiles tidy space
the staff greeted me with genuine smiles. they assisted with luggage storage prior to check-in, a gesture i deeply appreciated. the cleanliness of the shared kitchen downstairs was a highlight. i found it easy to prepare small meals and enjoy them in a tidy space.
i found the room a bit compact. with limited space to move around freely, navigating the room was a bit challenging. i found it inconvenient.
