enchanting island retreat!
delicious breakfast soft bed
I adored the complimentary mini-bar filled with good treats. the location felt secluded yet accessible, nestled right by the water, it offered tranquil moments. breakfast was delicious and diverse, i found myself eager to start each day. the bed seemed like a cloud. I melted into its softness each night.
I noticed the gym was somewhat small. It could benefit from a few extra machines.

the staff provided helpful advice and quick service. everyone handled my requests with a genuine smile, i appreciated their kindness. check-in and check-out were efficient, i barely waited at all.

the room featured modern decor and practical layout, i loved the space. i found the blackout curtains especially useful for restful sleep. the shower had great water pressure and temperature control, i felt so refreshed.

the restaurant offered a cozy setting, i felt comfortable immediately. a wide range of options was available and the food was AMAZING!!! the coffee tasted rich and full of flavour, i started my mornings wonderfully.

poor lighting bike in room
the breakfast was acceptable.
The room lighting was poor. It was difficult to see! the hotel advertises bikes for guest use, but instead, there was one IN my room, consuming valuable space, and the location wasn't as central as i anticipated. it added a significant walk to key areas, not ideal in bad weather.

Acceptable stay, some issues
loud music night disturbance
The room design seemed modern and clean.
The noise from the bar on the top floor was disruptive. Loud music played until 2 AM every night. Hotel staff could not resolve this issue despite my calls. I found it difficult to sleep because of the disturbance.

fresh food helpful staff good temperature
i enjoyed the breakfast buffet. it had many options and fresh food. the staff was excellent. they helped me with all my questions. the room was clean and had good temperature control. i really liked the water pressure in the shower.
