clean room city view helpful staff small bathroom no air conditioning poor soundproofing
I found the room very clean. The rooftop area offered city views and loungers. Staff members were friendly and helpful .
The bathroom was quite small. I noticed there was no air conditioning in the room, so it was warm. I found the room lacked soundproofing, as I could hear noise from other rooms.

helpful staff double room great view
the staff was very helpful and considerate i enjoyed my stay of a double room the hotel's location was excellent i found the phone link to open the doors very handy. the layout was very good our suite had a shared hallway the second bedroom had its own en-suite it suited our 18 year old son perfectly. the front view was really great i thought the bed was very comfortable

i found the staff very friendly and helpful. the room was spacious and clean. access to the metro was easy in an upscale neighborhood. the breakfast was also quite good..
i found no alternative pillow options available and there was no body lotion.
