uncomfortable pillows carpet stain

The pillows provided were not at all comfortable. They felt quite cheap and offered little support, resulting in poor sleep quality. I discovered a noticeable stain on the carpet in a corner of the room. This detracted from the overall cleanliness I expected.

the location was really convenient. i could easily walk to the central station in just a few minutes. the breakfast was also AMAZING!!! it had a great variety.

the room lacked a refrigerator, which would have been useful.
