I found the staff friendly and helpful . The complimentary wine hour each day from 5-6pm in the lobby was a lovely touch.. I really enjoyed it. The beds were very comfortable and the hotel provided soap, shampoo, and conditioner.
I felt the room was quite small, especially considering the 'superior' designation.

the reception and bar were beautiful they were very cute free tea and coffee were available in the morning the beds were really comfortable
the bathroom did not have an extractor fan this meant the room got very damp after a shower i had to keep the windows open to prevent moisture build up the sink drain was difficult to use as the drain looked broken
