okay stay WITH some issues
soft mattresstrain noise
the beds WERE not great. i found the mattress too soft, and I didn't sleep that WELL. also, the noise at night WAS a problem. the hotel's location near the train station meant constant train NOISE. the provided earplugs helped a little, but not completely.

I found kristoff, the manager, quite helpful. he assisted me with travel and accommodated room changes. the staff were really friendly. the breakfast options suited my needs well.
the shower stall felt somewhat narrow and featured a curtain, a slight inconvenience.

the breakfast had great choices including fresh juices. the bread was also fresh and soft. i enjoyed the breakfast very much!!! the front desk staff were professional and friendly. they had a luggage storage room for after checkout too.
my room was not very spacious for two adults and two children.

the staff offered superb service, they was so great. the location proved ideal, allowing exploration of the local area. train and metro links were accessible. i found customer service first class. the staff were very friendly.

The hotel is literally a five minute walk to the tavoli gardens. The train station is near. it is central and close to many restaurants! the central train station is also just five minutes away.

The breakfast was amazing I found a great variety of foods. The hotel also let me store my suitcase in a secure area. I appreciated it. It was great to find assistance at reception.
The shower pressure was not strong enough I think. I noticed that the air conditioning was also not working properly.
