mixed feelings about my stay

The breakfast had a good selection of items.
I found the mattress too soft, and i think it needs replacement. A leak in the sink was reported to the front desk but remained unfixed .. It made the bathroom floor constantly wet. I wouldn't want to spend much time in the room.

The breakfast had excellent options and variety. I found the staff to be very helpful. The location was very CENTRAL for getting around.
The room LACKED temperature control. The lack of a fridge was disappointing. The ventilation in the bathroom was not working and showed signs of mould. I did report it but it was not fixed.

the staff offered umbrellas for borrowing at reception a thoughtful touch i found very helpful i appreciated the availability of a kettle drinks and mirrors in the room these amenities added convenience to my stay there were plenty of sockets available which helped a lot.
the shared balcony lacked some privacy as it served as a passage for other guests.

the breakfast included a lovely buffet it offered a variety of choices that suited different tastes the options were fresh and regularly replenished ensuring a satisfying start to the day the dining area was clean.

the staff proved very friendly and helpful their assistance made my stay more enjoyable they were always available to answer questions and offer directions their positive attitude really enhanced the overall experience at the hotel.

umbrellas were available to borrow this thoughtful service provided practical assistance the hotel's proximity to the metro line only a 3-minute walk made transportation very easy this location allowed simple access to the city.

the hotel location was a short walk from tivoli garden. an s-station is within a brief walk from the hotel. the staff were helpful with directions around the city. the room was always kept clean daily.

The staff were very friendly and helpful! I appreciated the central location. It was easy to reach many attractions on foot. The included breakfast was a real highlight.
The bathroom was a bit small and lacked shelving for toiletries, somewhat inconvenient.
