The hotel is close to many shops and restaurants. I also liked that the hotel is near Tivoli Gardens. (It's a must-see location!)

The room lacked tea or coffee facilities. I found there was not much food available at the hotel.

awesome Hotel Experience

helpful staff separate area train station easy access

i found the staff VERY helpful. the family room included two separate sleeping areas. it provided privacy for everyone. the hotel is very close to the train station. this made getting from the airport easy.

the shower drainage was quite poor and flooding was an issue. it was hard to wash in the facebasin. there was very little space and the sink and tap ratio was off.

the mattress was not comfortable at all. it was even have stains on it which i find disgusting. the aim of a hotel should be a good night sleep but i could not sleep well due to the bed.

mixed feelings about my stay

missing balcony extra coffee charge

I found the room a bit of a letdown, especially since i thought i had booked one with a balcony. The reality was quite disappointing. even more irritating, there were no coffee or tea facilities provided in the room. i had to pay extra for coffee brought to my room, and i wasn't informed about the charge beforehand. i don't think i will return, especially considering the overall cost.

clean room and great location

locked backyard bike storage clean room

Friendly employees provided a locked backyard for bike storage. This space is shared with residents. the room provided enough space for two people and was clean. live music on fridays and saturdays concluded by 11pm. the room felt adequate.

the hotel lacked tea and coffee facilities in the room. i had to go downstairs to get it, and it incurred an extra fee. carrying a tray of tea back to my room was inconvenient. it seemed unreasonable considering the room price.

The location was acceptable. There were restaurants close by.

The room was dark. It was challenging to see. also, the walk to the design museum felt longer than expected. it took about 25 minutes.
