poor air conditioning limited storage
The location was convenient, near the train station and within walking distance of attractions. The staff also provided helpful recommendations (which I followed).
The air conditioning was very poor. The room became uncomfortably warm. There also wasn't much storage space, only a few shelves and no wardrobe. The experience left me with a feeling of disappointment.

Great Spot Near Everything!

This location rocks for city exploration! The metro is just outside the door. It is a short walk to the main train station and Tivoli. That bed. I think it was the most comfy bed ever! I got free luggage storage too.
The boiler made noise all night. It heated up the room. I shut down all the heaters and the room was still so hot! I started coughing because of the heat.

The room included a kettle (perfect for a morning tea). the hotel provided excellent free luggage storage. This was really useful. (i did appreciate this feature).

Location is fantastic. Close to central station and easy to reach most attractions. Staff was helpful. I could leave luggage for free. I liked that the room included a TV. Breakfast offers good variety.
The elevator stops only on half-floors so carrying luggage up short stairs was tough.

I loved how close the hotel was to the main train station. It was just a short walk! the room had comfy beds and super tidy, something i really appreciate. they even let us extend our checkout time. That was super convenient!
The shower and toilet area are only separated by a shower curtain. This made the bathroom a bit wet.

decent stay, some inconveniences
convenient location good breakfast helpful staff uncomfortable bed noisy bed mid floor elevator
its location PROVED very convenient. i could easily access the main train station. the breakfast was also quite good with a variety of options. the staff seemed friendly and helpful.
the beds WERE not very comfortable. i found that the mattress constantly slid off, and the beds made noise. also, there were stairs before the elevator, and it only stopped mid floor. this was inconvenient.

good location train station thin mattress tiny room
Location was quite good. The main train station was only three minutes away. Several breakfast places were around the hotel also.
The room was too tiny. the mattress was very thin and flimsy. It moved every time I got out of the bed, I didn't like that.
