mixed feelings on this hotel

convenient locationburning smell
the location was definitely convenient. everything i needed seemed to be within walking distance.
the room smelled like burning, especially on the second floor. i suspect this could be related to the air conditioning filters, or perhaps the hotel recently went non-smoking without properly cleaning. it was quite unpleasant.

the location was perfect. it was close to many historical sites. the staff was amazing and very helpful in all situations. the room had ac, and it was always made up nicely. i thought the staff took good care of my belongings.
the double bed felt a little more like a single. there was not a lot of extra room around the bed to move. it was a slight inconvenience

The room was nice and cool. it was comfortable. the hotel kept everything very clean. the high ceilings gave a more spacious feel, we loved the room. But the shower was amazing!

the breakfast had delicious foods. the spread was varied with freshly prepared choices. i loved that the hotel had elderflower water in the morning, it was very refreshing after a long night. the breakfast area was clean.

the location is great, close to many shops and restaurants. the breakfast offered a good selection of fresh fruit. the front desk staff provided assistance with sightseeing itineraries.
the room i had was very small and it felt cramped. the bathroom shower over the bath was unsafe to get into. i thought the minibar had poor selection.
