train noise limited channels
The room overlooked the train tracks, and the noise was constant. it was not just the noise. The vibrations were quite noticeable. even with the earplugs provided, i had difficulty sleeping. The trains ran nearly all night. the television offered a limited selection of only danish channels. Streaming was not an option.

Convenient and Clean!
convenient location train station easy access
I found the location convenient because it was directly across from the train and metro station! I could quickly access the city center and the airport. Taking the train to surrounding areas and even another country was easy! It really was AMAZING!!!
My room was right next to the railway tracks. This meant it was quite noisy, especially at night, even with earplugs. I think better insulation would really help minimize the disruption.

The staff was pleasant and helpful. I appreciated their quick responses to my inquiries. Check-in and check-out were efficient, and requests were handled promptly.

Breakfast offered many options and was very nice. I enjoyed starting my days with a variety of choices. The coffee machine worked very slowly. It should be replaced by a newer one.

The room was clean and a good size. It had everything I needed. The bedding was comfortable, and I had no issues with cleanliness. I would probably upgrade to a larger room next time for extra space.

convenient stay near transport
friendly staff easy check-in fresh towels
I found the staff friendly and helpful. i checked in through the app. It was quick and easy. the room was clean, and the towels felt fresh and very soft (a nice surprise).
my room was right next to the train tracks, so trains ran past the window all day and night. the room was quite warm, and opening the window made the train noise even worse. next time i will request a room on the other side.

the hotel offered proximity to both train and metro lines. direct access to the airport was very convenient. a nearby park provided a quick escape.

there was a bar. i saw vending machines with drinks and snacks available. i did not try the breakfast.

Decent stay near the station
convenient location metro station helpful staff warm room sparse breakfast loud train
The location was really convenient. I was very close to the train and metro station. This allowed me to easily travel around. The staff were cute and helpful. I found the hotel to be clean overall.
My room was very warm. I could not find any way to regulate the temperature. Breakfast was quite sparse. I did not find it worth the price. train sounds were too loud at night.
